WASTE-ASPALT CONCRETE, WASTE-CONCRETE USING RECYCLABLE ASPALT CONCRETE AND TI'S METHOD

A recycled asphalt concrete paving material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the toxic gas generation and decrease a production cost by mixing waste ascon, waste concrete, sludge of purification plant, and waste plastic at the room temperature. A recycled asphalt concrete paving material manufacturing method comprises: a step of pulverizing the waste ascon and waste concrete to be less than 40mm; a step of removing foreign materials having iron from the pulverized waste ascon and the waste concrete and drying; a step of pulverizing the removed foreign material at a sludge of a purification plant to be 3~8mm; a step removing the foreign material from the waste plastic of solid-state, and heating in order to form the liquid plastic; a step of mixing surfactant of various kind and the water; and a step of mixing the waste ascon, the waste concrete, the sludge of purification plant, the liquid plastic and the mixed surfactant.
