Elastic fabric using a continuous dyeing process and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain shape stability and remarkable intensity without decreasing of elasticity in high temperature under a dye process. A method for manufacturing elastic fabric using a continuous dyeing process comprises a step(S100) for manufacturing a based material by weaving a stretched potential crimped yarn to be used as a warp or weft and a step(S200) for performing a dye process. The potential crimped yarn is manufactured by a direct spinning and a drawing method or by using a drop wire device with a partially oriented yarn.
