A remodeling window is provided to improve a heat insulating function and a sound proof function using an existing frame and an existing glass, thereby enabling a constructor to execute a construction simply and promptly. A remodeling window comprises the following units. A main frame includes a first spacer(2a) on both lower sides. A single layer glass(4) is installed in the first spacer of the main frame. An assisting frame(6) is formed in a second spacer(6a). A heat insulating member(14) is inserted between the main frame and the assisting frame. A dehumidification agent control moisture generated in spaces between three layer glasses caused by temperature difference of the inside of a building and the outside of a building.
