Preparation of silica materials from the unutilized low-grade silica minerals contained clay

A manufacturing method of silica materials from unutilized low-grade silica minerals contained clay is provided to manufacture silica material of which the value added increases by processing gradually unused low grade silica mineral. A manufacturing method of silica materials from unutilized low-grade silica minerals contained clay contains steps of: distributing low-grade silica minerals of which SiO2 component content is 80% or less using a double screen containing an upper part screen and a lower part screen; removing yellow soil included in the low grade silica minerals filtered to the lower part screen; recrashing the low grade silica which passes the thermal processing step; screening secondly recrashed silica using the double screen; and crushing the silica passing through the second screening step.
