A spacer grid having spring of double wing shape for stably supporting fuel rod and for preventing fretting wear is provided to minimize deformation of a spring and damage of a fuel rod by forming a curved surface part in a top and a bottom of a fuel rod contact part. A spacer grid comprises a strip, a plurality of dimples(7), and a plurality of springs(63). A slot is formed in the strip. The strip partitions a plurality of grid cells. A pair of dimples is formed on a top and a bottom of the grid surface of the strip, and is protruded to a fixed direction. Each spring is formed between a pair of dimples. The spring is protruded to an opposite direction of a protrusion direction of the dimple, supports the fuel rod together with the dimple, and is composed of a planar part(632) and a fuel rod contact part(631). The planar part forms a fixed acute angle about the grid surface. The fuel rod contact part is curved in an end part of the planar part toward the grid surface, and is contacted with the fuel rod.
