A circularly polarized antenna loaded Rx and Tx simultaneously for a RFID reader and antenna device using the same are provided to facilitate antenna assembly and reduce expenses so that mass production is possible. A circularly polarized antenna loaded Rx and Tx simultaneously for a RFID reader comprises: a radiator(10) for transmitting or receiving a circular polarized signal; a reflector(20) forming a predetermined interval of an air layer for improvement of impedance matching and axial ratio; and a feeder line part(30) for supplying electricity to the radiator. The radiator comprises that a via hole for inserting a shorting pin into a right center is formed and that the location of the feeding unit is formed from the right center to the direction of edge in different separation distance to X-axis and Y-axis.
