A method and a system for generating a search list and providing keyword advertisement by responding to a search request of a searcher are provided to enable an advertiser to obtain high ROI(Return On Investment) by guaranteeing proper impression or click frequency of search listing related to the advertiser, and receiving relatively low AD charge from the advertiser. An AD charge determiner(420) receives bid related to a predetermined keyword from advertisers. A search information database(450) stores search listing related to the advertiser and links the search listing with the keyword. A search request receiver(430) receives a search request related to the keyword from a searcher. A search engine(410) generates a search list in response to the search request by referring to the search information database. A search AD provider(440) provides the search list to the searcher. The search engine recognizes a plurality of search listings corresponding to the search request, selects the predetermined number of search listings based on the bid among the recognized search listings, and generates the search list arranging the selected search listings randomly.
