An Internet search system raising search and AD(ADvertisement) effect, and a search method thereof are provided to raise satisfaction for search and search/manage information efficiently by obtaining various search results irrespective of capability of a search site when a user performs the search by connecting to the search site. A user terminal(10') includes an input text checking module(11) checking a search terminal inputted to a search window of a website by linking with a web browser, a webpage analyzing module(12), and a webpage editing module(13). A search web server(30) operates the website, completes a webpage for a search result according to the search term received from the user terminal, and transmits the webpage to the user terminal. A search server(20) includes an AD database(22) and a search module(21). The AD database stores script information of AD matters having various types, forms, and sizes to insert the AD matters into the webpage. The search module checks the search term received from the input text checking module, searches the checked search term in the AD database, and transmits the search result to the user terminal.
