Rodotorula sp. jsu150-13 with high productivity for coenzyme Q10 is provided to enable coenzyme Q10 to be produced with high yield by liquid-cultivating the Rodotorula sp. jsu150-13. Rodotorula sp. jsu150-13(KACC 93056P) has excellent productivity for coenzyme Q10. The coenzyme Q10 is produced by a culture material, which is obtained by cultivating the Rodotorula sp. jsu150-13. A culture method for the coenzyme Q10 represents a liquid culture. The coenzyme Q10 is used as an additive material for medical drugs, health supplementary foods and cosmetics. The Rodotorula sp. jsu150-13 has 200 times as much effect of producing coenzyme Q10 as existing Rodotorula sp.
