A billing adjustment system and a method thereof for providing a mobile terminal capable of an advertizing effect which is in proportion to the audience rating of a program or a customized contents service on a second viewing screen are provided to use the customized contents service on the second viewing screen. A viewing picture processing unit(110) provides mobile broadcasting program contents in the power on or a channel converting entry on a first viewing screen. A second viewing screen processing unit(150) provides contents position path information on a second viewing screen. A user interface management unit(180) generates or manages a second viewing screen and a first viewing screen. The contents location path information comprises a title, a location path, summary information, the detailed information, the viewing screen directed information, the index information and the category information.
