A sewage pipe reviving apparatus and a sewerage pipe reviving method using the same are provided to prevent pipe diameter reduction of the sewage pipe caused by new pipe insertion and to maintain initial sewage exhaustion design capacity. A sewage pipe reviving apparatus comprises a new pipe transfer unit(20) and a cutting boring unit(30). The new pipe transfer unit Is placed within a manhole(5) between sewerage pipes(1) and pushes a new pipe(10) into the sewerage pipe. The cutting boring unit cuts the inner surface of the sewerage pipe and guides insertion of the new pipe. The cutting boring unit comprises a movable body(31), a cutting boring head(50), a cutting driving unit(60), a new pipe front assembly(55), a direct-acting guide unit(70).
