A method for restoring a hologram of a three dimensional image by an integral imaging scheme and an apparatus thereof are provided to restore a hologram pattern of a three dimensional image, increase the definition of an image by using an integral imaging scheme. A three dimensional integral image restoring apparatus generates a hologram pattern from a target object(S210). The apparatus generates a sub-restoring image by restoring a sub-hologram after generating the sub-hologram(S220), and then creates a sub-image array(S230). The three dimensional integral image restoring apparatus reproduces a three dimensional image according to an integral image scheme by using an element image array(S240).
