A cooling device for the fishing lamp of a fishing boat is provided to applying a buffering material to the inside of the cooling pipe immersed in seawater, thereby preventing freezing of the cooling water inside of the pipe and the damage of the pipe. A cooling device for the fishing lamp of a fishing boat comprises a cooling water circulation pump(20) which circulates forcibly the water cooling in a pipe(10) for installing a fishing lamp(30) in a fishing boat(2). The fishing lamp comprises a PCB made of aluminum with an LED at the outer circumference surface for LED module, and a back surface bracket for supporting the PCB. The fishing lamp is cooled by the circulation of the cooling water by using the cooling pipe(5) immersed in seawater. The cooling water circulation pump is operated or stopped according to the output signal of a temperature sensor which measures the temperature of the cooling water heated by the fishing lamp.
