An installation structure of a sliding door frame with a mountain-rail shaped sliding frame improving durability and leveling is provided to prevent the sliding frame from being transformed after pouring the concrete. An installation structure of a sliding door frame with a mountain-rail shaped sliding frame improving durability and leveling comprises a sliding frame(10) which forms a door frame for sliding in which a sliding door is coupled, and mountain-shaped rails(12a,12b) with a bent top(13) in the upper center thereof. The sliding frame is made of the stainless. In the lower inner side of the sliding frame, the upper and lower spaces(16a,16b) are formed. A supporting unit(17c) of the lower timber core protrudes from the both lateral end of the sliding frame. Vertical frames(20a,20b) are supported on the top of the supporting unit and is anchored with a fixed piece(22). In the circumference of the sliding frame, a fixing member(18) for leveling is formed.
