PURPOSE: A molten steel refining method of RH is provided to secure cleanliness of molten steel by judging level of T.Fe and injecting a proper quantity of slag deoxidizer according to the judged level of T.Fe (lower oxides) and improve quality of molten steel by stably controlling content of phosphorus (P). CONSTITUTION: The molten steel refining method of RH comprises the steps of collecting slag from molten steel of ladle arrived at the RH to refine molten steel of material for cold rolling; reading color of the collected slag; and injecting CaCO3-Al based deoxidizer, Al mini-pellet deoxidizer or a mixture thereof into molten steel according to the read color of the collected slag.
