An anticancer composition using an extract of Thelenota anax and an extract of Thelenota anax are provided to improve the effect for treating the blood cancer such as leukemia. An anticancer composition contains the stichoposide C (STC) derived from an extract of Thelenota anax. Also the anticancer composition contains the stichoposide D (STD) derived from an extract of Thelenota anax.
