A patient customized health care system and a method thereof are provided to allow a medical service supplier to care the patient efficiently and actively through a remote examination service center. A patient customized health care system a surrogate system(10) having the function of notifying related organization like '119' or a medical treatment center of emergency of user and storing bio data of user, a remote examination service center computer system(20) connecting to the surrogate system and offering the substantial medical care, and BAN(Body Area Network)(30), including a portable terminal connected to a biometric sensor part, having the computing power and implementing the service of the remote examination service center computer system.
