Complex cultivation method and apparatus of the fish and trepang are provided to reduce the cost according to the mode of the trepang by utilizing the polluted seawater. Complex cultivation method of the fish and trepang comprises: a fish farming step(100) supplying the fodder to the fishes cultivated in the water tub filled with the seawater and plants; a trepang culturing step(200) which cultures the trepang by flowing redundancy fodder of the fishes into the culture tub or waterway for the seawater purification of the fish nursery cistern and using the redundancy fodder and excrements as a feed. A cultivation apparatus comprises supply and discharging units of the seawater.
