AN APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING THE INFLAMMATION OF BAG FILTER IN PULVERIZED COAL MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing inflammation of bag filter in pulverized coal manufacturing system is provided to minimize delay time taken until the pulverized coal manufacturing system is started again by blocking inflow of hot blast of high temperature into the bag filter during emergency stop and promptly cooling superheated hot blast. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cutout valve control part(30) for recovering hot blast supplied to the bag filter to a front part of inspirator by controlling opening and closing of cutout valves during emergency stop of the pulverized coal manufacturing line; a bag filter gas discharge cutout valve(21) installed at a hot blast gas exhaust port positioned on an upper part of the bag filter so that the bag filter gas discharge cutout valve is closed according to control of the cutout valve control part during emergency stop; a pulverized coal storage hopper pressure relief cutout valve(22) closed during emergency stop according to control of the cutout valve control part by connecting an upper part of pulverized coal storage hopper to an input side of the bag filter; an inspirator bypass cutout valve(31) for discharging residual hot blast to the front part of the respirator during emergency stop according to control of the cutout valve control part by connecting front and rear parts of the respirator; ejector(32) and hot blast recovering cutout valve(33) opened during emergency stop according to control of the cutout valve control part by connecting the output side of crusher and the front part of the respirator so that the ejector and the hot blast recovering cutout valve discharge hot blast of the bag filter to the front part of the respirator; a bag filter nitrogen supply cutout valve(34) opened during emergency stop according to control of the cutout valve control part to supply nitrogen gas to the bag filter; and an ejector nitrogen supply cutout valve(35) opened during emergency stop according to control of the cutout valve control part to supply nitrogen gas to the ejector.
