COLLOIDAL SOLUTION OF SILVER-SULFUR-SILICA NANO COMPLEX, WATER-SOLUBLE COMPOSITION FOR PROCESSING METAL INCLUDING THE NANO COMPLEX AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREFOR

摘要

A manufacturing method of silver-sulfur-silica nanocomposite colloidal solution is provided to have excellent stability and dispersibility, to replace antiseptic affecting human body and environment and to be combinated in water soluble metal processing oil. A manufacturing method of silver-sulfur-silica nanocomposite colloidal solution comprises steps of: preparing colloidal solution of silver-sulfur-silica nanocomposite particles with water or ethanol; diluting the prepared silver-sulfur-silica nanocomposite colloidal solution in alcohol solution of 3~8 carbon numbers including hydroxyl radical of 1~3; and aging the diluted silver-sulfur-silica nanocomposite colloidal solution under temperature of -10~25°C. A hexylene glycol solvent is used instead of the water or the ethanol.
