herein includes a detection to the carrier frequency offset for an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal receiver has been disclosed . In case the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal of the FFT transform to be processed at the receiver , the estimator is applied to the spectral shape of the FFT transform for estimating the carrier frequency offset .
