A structure and a construction method of prestressed concrete pavement are provided to extend the service life of concrete pavement by preventing damage resulting from crack. A construction method of prestressed concrete pavement comprises a step of setting a form to form a tendon stressing space on the base layer of a road(S1), a step of setting a tendon in the longitudinal direction of the road so that at least one end of the tendon is located inside the form(S2), a step of pouring concrete on the base layer outside the form in order to form a main slab higher than the height of the mold in order to cover to the upper surface of the form(S3), a step of removing the concrete of certain thickness from the upper surface of the form(S4), a step of removing the form after curing of the concrete on the base layer(S5), a step of straining the tendon in a tendon straining space formed by the form and cutting the end of the tendon protruding to the tendon straining space(S6), a step of setting a joint of the same height as the main slab in the traverse direction of the road within the tendon straining space(S7), and a step of performing grouting for forming a gap slab within the tendon straining space outside the joint to connect the upper surfaces of the main slab and the joint to be flush with each other(S8).
