THE METHODS TO MANUFACTURE AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, HIGHLY DURABLE AND HIGH-FUNCTIONAL CONCRETE UTILIZING MULTI-COMPONENT-BLENDED CEMENT, NA TYPE - ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE AND NEW-MATERIALS FOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
A method for manufacturing high functional and high durable concrete is provided to improve structural capability such as tensile strength and internal force while showing excellent durability and chemical resistance and to secure a contaminant removal effect. A method for manufacturing high functional and high durable concrete comprises the following steps of: mixing 30-99.5mass% of portland cement, 0.1-55mass% of blast-furnace slag fine powder and 0.1-35mass% of fly ash or silica fume as a binder; preparing course aggregate or crushed stone having one uniform particle size; preparing fine aggregate or fine slag aggregate having particle size of 5mm or less to filling inner gaps; and mixing all those materials and applying 0.01-25vol% of the mixture per unit volume of concrete(1m^3).
