PURPOSE: An inorganic electro luminance body having a resin cover and an indication apparatus for a traffic lane using the same are provided to keep an insulating property and humidity resistance and prevent oxidation by finishing the edge of the resin cover to be fused.;CONSTITUTION: An electro luminance body includes an inorganic EL luminous body includes an inorganic EL film(10) and a resin cover(20). The inorganic EL film radiates by receiving the electricity through a lead line, and a resin cover has a size covering the inorganic EL film with the resinous material through which the light is passed. The resin cover is composed of a upper resin cover(20a) and a lower resin cover(20b) and it is arranged between them. Protrusions(22a,22b) are formed around the edge of the upper resin cover.
