PURPOSE: An embroidery machine is provided to prevent deformation of an embroidered pattern due to tension difference of the fabric without deformation of the tension added to an X axial direction.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an embroidery machine includes the following steps of: installing one or more moving body(40) moved to an Y axial direction by a ball screw(43) and an Lm guide(61,62) on a support frame of a square shape; installing one or more sewing machine(60) moved to an axial direction by the ball screw and the LM guide connected to a motor; installing nippers(70,80) on both sides of the support frame; and forming a support band(50) which is installed to offer tension by a torque motor connected with a winding rod.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
