A scattering prevention board for disassembly/removal of an extruded cement panel, and a panel disassembly/removal method using the same are provided to prevent the scattering of asbestos powder when disassembling and removing an extruded cement panel having perforated holes in which the asbestos powder is left. A scattering prevention board for disassembly/removal of an extruded cement panel(100) comprises a contact plate(200) which is formed in a fixed size to adhere close to the whole side of the cement panel in which hollows(101) are exposed, caulking protrusions(201) which are formed on the contact plate to close the hollows of the cement panel, a fixing clip(203) which is installed on the top and bottom ends of the contact plate to secure the contact state of the contact plate to the panel, a protrusion(207) formed in the end of the fixing clip, and a double-sided tape(210) equipped in the inner circumference of the contact plate avoiding the caulking protrusion.
