METHOD FOR PROCESSING BODY FRAME OF WING BODY USING AL6061-T6, CAPABLE OF PRODUCING THE BODY FRAME

PURPOSE: A method for processing body frame of wing body using AL6061-T6 is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and time without property change of AL6061-T6 by processing the body frame with heat-treatment.;CONSTITUTION: A method for processing body frame of wing body using AL6061-T6 includes the following steps of: producing AL6,061 billet with the AL6061-T6 having the constant ratio(S100); molding the body frame of 30×30mm(S110); maintaining rockwell hardness of 5~6 of the body frame by heating the frame at a temperature of 515~550°C; bending a predetermined part of the body frame(S130); heating the completed body frame for 8 ~ 10 hours; maintain the rockwell hardness of 13~15 by performing a heat-treatment process(S140); and bonding a reinforcement frame on the bending part to prevent deformation of the bending part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
