A method for preparing a bio-implantable organic-inorganic composite material and an injectable bio-implantable organic-inorganic composite material are provided to allow doctors to easily perform an operation and patient to be relieved from a burden and pain by preparing the composite material containing spherical hydroxy apatite and hyaluronic acid. The method for preparing a bio-implantable organic-inorganic composite material includes the steps of: dispersing a spherical hydroxy apatite with a uniform particle size in a water; and adding and dissolving a hyaluronic acid in the hydroxy apatite dispersion. The injectable bio-implantable organic-inorganic composite material comprises: a spherical hydroxy apatite with a uniform particle size; and a hyaluronic acid, used as a natural biopolymer with a high viscosity.
