PURPOSE: A grate with structure of different section for shear transferring sludge in direction of meandering is provided to prevent stuck of un-combustible waste and wear of each grate by alternately setting up a stationary grate and a drive grate in the transfer direction of waste inside a combustion chamber, and activating them.;CONSTITUTION: A grate with structure of different section for shear transferring a sludge in direction of meandering comprises an apron(101), a fire grate unit, and a stationary beam(102) and a sliding beam(118). The fire grate further includes a main shaft(110), an auxiliary shaft(114), and a rod(111) and a cylinder(112). The apron directs waste put into an incinerator to the fire grate unit. The fire grate unit is comprised of a stationary grate(105) and a drive fire grate(104). The stationary beam holds the stationary grate in place, installed in the waste transfer direction in the lower part of the stationary grate. The sliding beam is installed in the waste transfer direction in the lower part of the drive fire grate. One side of the sliding beam is connected to the drive fire grate and the other side is connected to a drive lever(106). The main shaft is turning by a cylinder lever(108), connected to the drive lever. The auxiliary shaft simultaneously rotates with a main-shaft. One of the rod is connected to the cylinder lever and the other end is connected to a cylinder. The cylinder is activated by a timer, connected to one end of the rod. The front wall of the stationary grate is vertically formed. The upper front wall of the drive fire grate has a tilt by 45° alternately to left and right.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
