A device and a method for analyzing a measurement result through the synchronization of a reference distance measuring system and a time reference measuring system are provided to compare and analyze data at the same time even though the system stores the data based on the different reference of the distance and the time. A synchronization signal output unit synchronizes a distance reference measuring system(10) and a time reference measuring system(20). The distance reference measuring system includes a tachometer, a system synchronization signal generator, a distance reference measuring sensor, a distance reference data processor, and a distance reference data outputting unit. The time reference measuring system includes an inner clock generator, a time reference measuring sensor, a time reference data processor, and a time reference data outputting unit.
