FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biochemistry and medicine area, namely, to the modified way of determination of theelol in a biological liquid of pregnant women. The way of determination of theelol in a biological liquid of pregnant women is offered: acid hydrolysis of daily urine in a water bath at temperature 100°C is made; 10 ml of sulfurous ether is extracted, which is evaporated to a dry deposit. The modified colour test is made; a reactionary admixture is dilluted in a 0.9M of trichloroacetic acid in chloroform and in 15 minutes photometering is performed on a microcolorimeter quantity of theelol is determined. The offered way allows to consider all sum of the given hormone synthesised within days and to exclude influence of instant fluctuations on results.;EFFECT: way leads to intensifying of sensitivity of a method of theelol determination.
