FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology and psychophysiology, human ecology, and environmental geology. An image is formed of k-horizontal lines sized of less than a half of coverage width of one eye. Each line includes L symbols of width qj spaced by Δqj not exceeding qj. Groups of symbols spaced by Δpk much exceeding qj are formed. The horizontal lines are arranged so that spaces Δpk in each horizontal line are overlapped herewith forming vertical character sets. The image effects on visual system while being moved from one extreme eye coverage to another. Depth sensation between two vertical character sets is determined to detect visual sensation of direction change in depth vector in-between.;EFFECT: method extends range of products to detect new neutron networks of human cerebral cortex.;3 dwg
