FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue operations in flooded areas. Proposed complex comprises truck tractor prepared for deep wading and furnished with tube-manhole. Pontoon is articulated with said truck tractor to move around said tube-manhole. Truck tractor is coupled via detachable tug boat with self-propelled amphibian tractor. Truck tractor has a ladder attached thereto and controlled from inside the tractor. Said ladder can be jointed to tube-manhole to accommodate people and materials.;EFFECT: higher safety and efficiency in rescue operations.;3 cl, 2 dwg
