FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: at the 4th - 5th day after birth, echocardiography with determination of ejection fraction (EF) and systolic antero-posterior left ventricle shortening fraction (SF) is performed. If EF is not higher than 60% and SF if not higher than 30% then reverse dynamics of small-scale heart growth abnormalities is diagnosed.;EFFECT: high precision, sensitivity, specifics of method, and timely survey, adequate therapy, prevention of complications of this pathology for infants, reduced cost of treatment, and prevention of threats to child's health in the future.;1 tbl, 4 ex
