摘要

FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology, namely, to cholesterol-binding proteins and can be used for isolation of such proteins from intestine. KDa-protein is isolated by incubation of biological material from intestine tissues with radioactively marked with photoreactive 2-azetidinone compound. Then biological material is sulubilised and cell debris is removed, supernatant is added into device, containing agarose with wheat shoot lectin. Obtained eluate of agarose with wheat shoot lectin is introduced onto column with hydroxylapatite, after which radioactively marked fractions are loaded onto preparative SDS-PAGE and gather. Further, obtained kDa-protein is purified.;EFFECT: obtaining protein, able to bind cholesterol and/or bind inhibitors of cholesterol absorption.;4 cl, 2 dwg
