FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method of prediction of fetoplacental insufficiency development in obesity women in the second trimester of pregnancy is based on analysis of amino acid spectrum of blood serum in pregnant women and concentration evaluation of nonessential, essential amino acids, as well as essential to nonessential amino acids ratio. Derived data are used to evaluate diagnostic index S indicating degree of risk of chronic fetoplacental insufficiency.;EFFECT: possibility to reveal probability of chronic fetoplacental insufficiency in obesity women in the second trimester of pregnancy that makes it possible to determine individual approach to pregnancy carriage tactics.;3 ex
