FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: ferment-containing granulated fodder ingredient is manufactured as follows. A ferment-containing dispersion undergoes granulation treatment with the granules formed subsequently dried and coated with a polyolefin, preferably - polypropylene or polyethylene with the olefinic monomer chain length varying from 2 to 10 carbon atoms and the fusing range terminating at a temperature of 100-200°C. The polyolefin expenditure rate is estimated to be 0.1-20% of the granulated material total weight with the polyolefin content in the initial dispersion being equal to some 2-60% (weight/weight).
