FIELD: medicine; neurology.;SUBSTANCE: method involves self-assessment questionnaire based on 5 base fields of life activity: self-help service, walking, pain, emotional condition and memory. Answers are given for corresponding questions as making choice between answers to questions by 5-score scale.
