FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and is intended for treatment of fractures of a neck of femur. Distance between the bottom point of contact of osteal fragments is defined and the basis of the whirlbone (AO) on the roentgenogram and as a line bridging the bottom point of contact of osteal fragments with the nearest point of the top contour of the neck of femur, enter a fixative perpendicular to it through the plane of fracture and immediate under the top contour of the neck of femur. Size of extending effort is defined which maintains one fixative without extraction from the whirlbone. Size of compression force (H) is defined depending on AO: at AO to 4 mm the force of compression makes 50 H; at AO from 5 to 14 mm the force compression makes 150 H; at AO from 15 to 24 mm the force of compression makes 200 H; at AO from 25 to 34 mm the force of compression makes 300 H. Necessary quantity of fixatives is defined by division of size of force of a compression into size of extending effort which maintains one fixative, without extraction from a hip head.;EFFECT: method provides support ability restoration, stable bracing of osteal fragments, consolidation of a fracture zone.;7 dwg, 1 tbl
