FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy. Particularly it relates to receiving of composition ceramic powders on the basis of silicon nitride and zirconium oxide. Powders can be used in the capacity of refractory materials, prosthetic materials and implants. Powder is received in the mode of burning at nitrogen pressure 2-20 MPa from 40-50 wt % industrial ferrosilicon, containing 65-95 wt % silicon, 20-50 wt % zirconium concentrate, containing 60-70 wt % zirconium oxide, 10-30 wt % silicium nitride and 0.5-1.0 wt % of ammonium fluoride. Ferrosilicon and zirconium concentrate with grains size no more than 0.1 mm is mixed with silicium nitride and ammonium fluoride. Combustion reaction is locally initiated. Final nitriding is implemented in mode of volumetrical burning at nitrogen pressure 0.1-10 MPa during 0.5-1.0 hour. Cooled product is grinned till the fineness less than 0.04 mm, subjected to magnetic separation, after what it is treated by 15-30% boric acid solution.;EFFECT: method provides reduction of powders cost price while keeping of mechanical strength and increasing of corrosion stability.;4 cl, 1 tbl
