FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, physical training. Respiratory trainings by alternating of inhalation fresh and exhaled before air with use carbonometer are performed. The training regimen sets training proceeding from the state of health. Alternating of inhalation fresh and exhaled before air is performed both at free breath, and at strong-willed difficulty of an inspiration or an exhalation. The complicated exhalation can be accompanied by a throat sound.;EFFECT: method allows to improve efficiency of respiratory trainings and to simplify agents for its realisation.
