METHOD OF REGULATING THERAPY OF JUVENILE UTERINE BLEEDING

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to children and teenage gynecology and concerns regulating therapy of juvenile uterine bleeding (JUB). For this purpose EEG data are estimated during bleeding. If there are no EEG changes non-hormonal regulating therapy is carried out. If diffuse or dysfunctional changes are present, hormonal regulating therapy is carried out.;EFFECT: method based on objective EEG data allows to eliminate use of hormonal therapy in treatment of juvenile uterine bleedings, ensuring therapeutic efficiency with reduction of JUB recurrence frequency.;3 ex, 1 tbl
