FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and covers simulation and visualisation of spread of myocardium activation. Electrocardiogram is recorded to evaluate the finite diastolic radius (FDR), the finite systolic radius (FSR) of left ventricle cavity, the finite diastolic volume (FDV), the finite systolic volume (FSV) of left ventricle. Frontal and left-side fluorographic heart images are examined for geometrical parametres of heart. Accurate three-dimensional heart image is synthesised. The FDR and FSR are substituted with actual equivalent geometrical parametres of simulated left ventricle. Spread of activation wave in myocardium is simulated. Simulation data ensure to visualise spread of activation wave in myocardium and to calculate cardial myohaemodynamics over spread of activation wave in myocardium.;EFFECT: disclosed method allows simulating and visualising spread of myocardium activation, and also calculating cardial myohaemodynamics over spread of activation wave in myocardium.;3 cl, 13 dwg
