FIELD: oil and gas production.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process intensification of the oil preliminary distillation and is directed to increasing of distill off fractions selection from the potential, reducing losses of distill off fractions with bottom product, in case of oil distillation of diesel fraction by mazut. Method relates to process intensification of the oil preliminary distillation by means of introduction into rough flow, feeding into the rectifying still, surface active agent of nickel salt of synthetic fatty acid - Ni(RCOO)₂, where R=C₉÷C₁₅, taken in amount 30÷45 ppt.;EFFECT: method leads to evaporation and boiling acceleration of bottom product, in consequence of surface increasing at the interface of liquid and vapor phase, and also receiving of developed surface is conductive to reduction of distance, required for approximation to the thermodynamic equilibrium condition.;2 tbl, 5 dwg
