FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and covers therapy of patients suffering from pancreatic diabetes combined with central nervous system damage. The therapy involves intravenous infusion of Mexidol 5% 5.0 ml. In 30-35 minutes, the patient is exposed to transcerebral sinusoidal current of frequency 5000 Hz, modulated low-frequency oscillation with using fronto-occipital technique. The half-period duration is 1:1.5 in variable mode, III operation mode, modulation depth 75%, frequency 30 Hz. Current strength within 0.8 to 2.0 mA is dosed to sensation of easy, painless vibration.
