FIELD: weapons and ammunitions.;SUBSTANCE: rocket engine casing, accommodating the charge arranged therein with a clearance, is placed radially on rotary merry-go-round platform with the help of locking turret furnished with 3 to 12 regularly spaced holes the diametre not exceeding the clearance between the charge and casing. Aforesaid clearance is filled with potting acrylate restricting compound under effect of centrifugal force acting along the clearance, via the locking turret holes. Note that the platform rotary speed makes 80 to 150 rpm.
