FIELD: ship building.;SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the proposed invention the hull outer metal lining is produced with inner chambers mating that of the outer frame with end bulges. Outer and face metal linings are placed in split mould and into centrifuge. Centrifuge is switched on, glass mass melt is fed into lining to make glass filler. Centrifuge forms required thickness of glass filler together with outer frames on the outer metal enclosure inner surface. Glass filler temperature is decreased to the value that allows is diffusion welding to the inner metal enclosure that is formed by feeding metal melt into glass filler in centrifuge operation. The said enclosure is cooled to glass transition temperature of aforesaid glass filler and centrifuge is switched off. Now the centrifuge is switched off and cylindrical enclosure is annealed till complete strain relaxation and stabilisation of glass filler physical-chemical properties. Finally, aforesaid enclosure is cooled down in above mentioned split mould and taken out of it.;EFFECT: production of large-size deep-water apparatuses to be operated at margins of depth, without using auxiliary buoyancy capacities.;1 dwg
