DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDER IN ADOLESCENTS IN GENERAL-SOMATIC HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: anamnesis investigation and clinical examination are followed with examination based on somatic complaints, including electrocardiography, cardio-intervalography, fibrogastroscopy, irrigography, rheogastroscopy, external respiration measuring, and peak flow metering. The following stage involves neurophysiologic investigation: electroencephalography, rheoencephalography and cerebral computed tomography if indicated. Lastly, psychodiagnostics follows. The investigation results obtained are estimated by introduced score scale.;EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy of psychosomatic disorders in examination various groups of patients with somatic complaints.;3 ex, 2 tbl
