METHOD OF CLOPIDOGREL-BASED CORRECTION OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN L-NAME INDUCED NITRIC OXIDE DEFICIENCY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly experimental cardiology and pharmacology, and can be used for correction of endothelial dysfunction that is ensured by simulation of endothelial dysfunction in experiment by daily intraperitoneal introduction to Wistar male rats of N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester in a dose 25 mg/kg, within 7 days. Correction of dysfunction is carried out daily within 7 days by intragastric introduction of Clopidogrel in a dose 6.5 mg/kg. Degree of dysfunction development is determined by relation of endothelium-independent to endothelium-dependent vasodilation.;EFFECT: method provides correction of endothelial dysfunction in specific simulation environment.;2 tbl
