FIELD: civil engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of construction of buildings and structures and can be used at stage of buildings construction in the capacity of systems, providing isolation of units of maintenance of systems of heating, cold and hot water supply in basements and pedimental rooms of erected buildings and structures, and to use usable area of structures by purpose. Separation method of insulating area of maintenance of systems of heating, cold and hot water supply in basements and pedimental rooms of building on stage of its construction, described by presence of distribution pipeline of heating, cold and hot water supply, located in pedimental or basements rooms of buildings, presence at the same floor that it is basements or pedimental room of erected building, isolated room for maintenance engineering services. Additionally on pipes of systems of heating, and also pipes of cold and hot water supply, located inside pedimental or basements rooms of buildings, sectionises, put bends and there are built distribution pipeline inside the isolated room, where it is put valves and/or sensors, and/or devices for calculation of water, and/or drains. Then distribution pipelines are taken out back into main pedimental or basements room up to laces of its main position, where there are put bends and taken away distribution pipelines in the direction, initially built, herewith input into isolated room is implemented independent.;EFFECT: isolation with minimal expenditures of usable area of maintenance units of distribution pipelines of heating, cold and hot water supply, and also providing of independent access to them of personnel for maintenance.;2 dwg
